Increasing energy efficiency and meeting environmental challenges

Saft has designed a range of batteries and battery systems to use and integrate with renewables, optimizing energy efficiency, increasing grid-management flexibility, reducing infrastructure investment and optimizing real-time power flow.

We can draw on extensive experience and knowledge in advanced energy storage to help customers specify, design, implement and operate energy solutions in complex multi-functional application schemes. We can provide turnkey solutions that integrate a Saft Li-ion battery system with power-conversion devices as well as power control and energy-management functions.

Saft offers a range of indoor and outdoor batteries delivering efficient energy storage from 100 kW to tens of MW for use along the whole energy supply chain. Our high-performance Li-ion technologies deliver long service under dynamic cycling conditions and cover all critical-system control functions. They are highly reliable and have high operational availability, high-energy efficiency and are low maintenance even in extreme conditions.
