March 2021 marks the first anniversary of the launch of Energizing IoT, Saft’s blog that brings you all the news, content and resources to successfully energize your IoT project!
It’s been an incredible journey so far, one that has allowed us to immerse ourselves in the needs of our clients to create useful content, to take a deep dive into the wonders of IoT and battery technology, and to create meaningful partnerships. We have interviewed inspiring engineers , discussed the importance of choosing the right battery technology and optimizing a device’s power consumption to extend its lifetime and improve its ROI. We have offered you advice and shared our expertise on how to successfully power your IoT project, lithium battery transportation and how to read and interpret a battery's datasheet.
With the same vision of offering guidance at the earliest stage of your project, we have developed a free online tool, the Smart Battery Selector to help you choose the best battery for your IoT device. A newsletter Energizing IoT is also sent twice a month compiling the hottest articles and IoT trends.
The traction we have received on some of the posts we shared showed us that batteries are not just seen as a mere commodity: they are an integral part of the success of an IoT project that should not be overlooked. It also shows that battery technology can be complex to understand and that IoT designers and developers need a simple, educational support to comprehend the subject —a problem-solving tool. We’ll try to meet your expectations and keep on delivering useful content!
Above all, we’d like to thank you, the visitors, for reading our articles, inspiring, and motivating us all during the past year. A blog is nothing without its visitors. So thank you!
We have compiled below a few statistics to celebrate our achievements.
A new exciting year is now starting, we have been learning too how to address your pain points and we have a few interesting topics in store. But we’d also love to hear your questions and suggestions for posts, so please email us at energizeIoT@saftbatteries.com.
Again, thank you to our fellow readers and IoT developers for this wonderful year!
By signing up, you’ll be the first to hear about our news and receive exclusive advices.
We use your email address solely for sending our IoT newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter.
