The Sales Manager is responsible to secure the achievement of regional order intake and sales targets, as it relates to energy storage systems. The Sales Manager will understand what is valuable to the customer, present how Saft fulfills this value, understand his / her region's energy markets, anticipate regulatory impacts, develop new customers and ensure his / her budget is met or exceeded. These customers will include utilities, independent power producers, integrators, OEM’s and developers. In order accomplish this, the Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding the technical and commercial attributes of Saft’s Energy Storage Solutions’ offerings. The Sales Manager will also coordinate regularly with Saft’s Bid Management team, Project Management team, Engineering and Supply Chain.
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering field
Experience: 5 - 10 years experience in one of more of the following fields: Energy storage systems, renewable energy, power generation, trasnmission or distribution, retail energy provider, power systems design, substation design and protection
Specific Knowledge: PC Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Power systems / electrical grid experience. Exposure to project development / financing.
Business Understanding: How to manage commercial risks, how to ensure profitability for Saft, how to communicate internally and with customers.

Languages: Proficient reading, writing and speaking Spanish a plus

To successfully test Saft Jacksonville Energy Storage Systems and subsystems, including but not limited to, factory acceptance, qualification, validation, product development testing. Includes generation of test procedures and subsequent reports.
The Software Engineer provides the technical aspect of the system software design to ensure product design for the US market with respect to technical requirements, design quality, product and costs and according to Jax BE rules and building blocks. The incumbent provides expertise in software design and analysis, support of technical issues, and review of designs and documentation. The incumbent’s broad background and technical depth in software design and analysis provide highly skilled problems solving and design leadership. The incumbent also ensures the technical support for pre-project discussions and quotations.
Technical support of sales force on energy storage projects, including integration of Li-ion solutions with the power electronics/renewable energy package.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer provides design and development in areas such as mechanical, thermal, and electromechanical systems for production of Lithium-Ion battery systems. Also, supports the development and improvement of Saft products; by using the appropriate requirements management, standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the product development cycle. The Senior Mechanical Engineer Provides structural analysis and thermal analysis of battery systems and components. Also, leads other engineers with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for cost (DFC) to ensure that the design of components and systems are optimized for manufacturing and assembly. Leads technical tasks for small to medium projects. Performs tolerance stacks and apply GD&T to drawings. Participates in DFMEA’s and provides input to PFMEEA’s and creation of test plans. Provides Engineering support to manufacturing and operations and contributes to technical proposals.
The Senior Program Manager coordinates the activities of development, realization of the prototypes, and validation; until the certification of the product and the approved transmission of the design files to the product line that will manufacture them. The incumbent ensures the follow-up of the project in terms of Quality, Costs, and On-Time Delivery.
