The Content Specialist will support the development of content for all Saft channels, both internal and external. This position will spend 75% of time working on content and reporting to the content manager, and 25% of time supporting the Connected Energy (CE) Division sales team, reporting to the CE sales director.  

  • Support the Content Manager in further developing and strengthening the content strategy.
  • Liaise with Marketing Managers and/or Division Reference Points of each Saft Division to gather content needs aligned with Division goals and overall Corporate strategy.
  • Coordinate the creation and updating of all types of marketing and communications documentation with Division Marketing Managers; ensure adherence to brand guidelines; coordinate with agency partners to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the 'back office' functions, including website management, Nuxeo, datasheet publication/editing/archiving. Manage the medial library.
  • Liaise with the other Communications Centers of Excellence to achieve content objectives
  • 25% of time is to be spent supporting a Sales Manager as assigned by the Connected Energy EMEA Sales Director. To follow tasks as set by the Sales Manager (such as order administration, contract administration, reporting, customer liaison, forecasting, budget).

 

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French required.
  • Knowledge and experience in writing/posting for the web and social media.
  • Experience working across business functions to execute business goals.
  • A solid understanding of the Communications domain in Industrial B to B environment.
  • Knowledge of Saft products, audiences, and key stakeholders preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Creative Suite and other art programs.
  • Ability to effectively work with external agencies to execute content tactics.
