Saft holds 50% of this company, in a joint venture with EADS. ASB Group manufactures thermal batteries for tactical missiles and smart weapons. It has two subsidiaries: MSB in Scotland and ATB in the United States. ASB saw continued growth and high profitability in 2009. Future growth is being targeted in the U.S. market, where a production line was launched in 2006.
